Attendance and Make-up Lessons
The Studio runs all year around. Students are expected to attend weekly lessons to maintain a spot in the studio.
In case a lesson needs to be canceled, please contact Iryna as much in advance as possible to reschedule the lesson. Cancelled lessons initiated by the teacher will be rescheduled.

Group tuition fee is $200 for the year consisting of 20 sessions (groups/concerts/recitals) will be paid in two installments. First installment (September – December) of $80 is due at the first fall group lesson. Second installment (January-June) of $120 is due at the first group lesson after the New Year. 10% discount is applied to siblings. There are no make-ups or refunds for missed group classes. Please make serious effort to make to each group class.
If a check is returned by the bank, the parent of the student or the adult student will be charged the bank fee. If payment is not received within thirty (30) days of the first lesson of the month, the regularly scheduled lesson time will be forfeited.
Home Studio Etiquette
Parents and other children are encouraged to observe other student's lessons, but for the privacy of Iryna's family, please remain in the music room during lessons. A restroom is available if needed. As both a privacy and liability issue families may not wait or play in the yard or porch during lessons.
Performances and Materials
Studio will have two large recitals. Students enrolled in group classes will perform in the group portion of the recital. Solo performances require taking private lessons. For beginners, only a child that can play “Twinkle” rhythms on one string will be able to perform in the group. Other performance opportunities include festivals and community events, home concerts and graduations.
Students will need new materials (books, CDs, etc.) as they progress. Suzuki Violin School can purchase the materials and provide an invoice. Please remit with the next month payment. Students may obtain their own materials; see your teacher for specific information.
The instrument should be maintained and in good repair at all times.
